To add a new user, follow the steps:

Log in to your account
From the top menu, go to Account Settings > Team.
Click the Add new user button.
Note: If this button is not clickable or greyed out, you may not have the correct permissions. You need to have admin access to be able to manage users on the account.

Add the new user's professional e-mail address and assign a role.
Click Send invitation.
The user will receive an email invitation, and their status on the Team page will show as:
- Pending invitation: Email sent, waiting for the user to accept.
- Expired invitation: The user did not accept the invite within 30 days. They’ll need to accept this invitation before they can start managing the account.
