Set your Delivery timezone
Your Delivery timezone tells us which clock your account should run on. Once you set it, your daily budget resets at midnight in that timezone; your campaigns deliver on that schedule, and your billing month starts and ends there too, instead of UTC.
Think of it as setting the clock that runs your campaigns and your billing. Pick the timezone that matches where most of your campaigns are delivered, not necessarily where your business is based.
Choosing your timezone is straightforward:
Selling in one market? Choose the timezone of that market.
Selling in several markets? Choose the timezone where most of your spend happens, or the one that suits how you want billing handled.
Based in one country but advertising in another? Choose the timezone of the market you're advertising in.
What does this look like in practice?
Say you're based in New York and running a $500 daily budget. You select US Eastern as your Delivery timezone. Now:
Your daily budget resets at midnight Eastern
Your budget is available across your full business day
Your billing month starts and ends at your local midnight
Same campaigns, same budget. Better timing.
Where to set your Delivery timezone?
To set your Delivery timezone, follow these steps:
In the left navigation, go to Settings → General Settings.
Click the dropdown next to the Delivery time zone.
Select your timezone. If your browser's timezone is supported, it's already selected for you.
Click Save.
Read the confirmation message, then click Change.
That's it. You won't need to touch this again.
Which timezones can you choose?
Timezones use the IANA standard, the same format you'll recognize from your calendar (for example, Europe/Paris, America/New_York, Asia/Tokyo). Daylight Saving Time is handled automatically.
Who can change this setting?

Frequently asked questions
I saved my timezone but nothing looks different. Is something wrong?
Nothing's wrong; this is exactly what should happen. Your change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. The confirmation message you saw means it's saved and queued.
Will this affect how my campaigns perform?
Your targeting, bids, and ads all stay exactly as they are. What changes is the timing: your budget resets at your local midnight, so it's available across your actual business hours rather than running out at an awkward time of day.
What's the difference between the Delivery timezone and the Reporting timezone?
These are two separate settings:
| Delivery timezone | Reporting timezone |
What it controls | Campaign delivery timing, budget pacing, and billing | How your reports are displayed |
Where you set it | Account settings | Your user profile |
Who it applies to | Your whole account | Just you — everyone sets their own |
When it applies | Start of your next billing period | Straight away |
Does this apply to all my campaigns?
Yes. Delivery timezone is an account-level setting, so every campaign in your account follows it.
What exactly changes when it takes effect?
These follow your new Delivery timezone:
Campaign delivery timing
Budget pacing
Billing periods
These stay exactly as they are:
Your campaign settings
What Criteo AI has already learned about your campaigns
Your past reports
Your past invoices
Everyone's personal Reporting timezone
Is my first day going to look strange?
It might, slightly. Depending on how far your new timezone sits from UTC, your first billable day may be a little shorter or longer than 24 hours.
Timezone ahead of UTC? That first day may be shorter, so spend can look lower than usual.
Timezone behind UTC? That first day may be longer, so spend can look higher than usual.
This is a one-off. Everything settles from your next full billing day.
