Why connect your Meta account?

GO campaigns are designed to deliver your ads across multiple channels, including social platforms like Facebook and Instagram, all from a single campaign.

When you create a GO campaign, you have the option to activate the social inventory as part of the creation flow. If social delivery is activated, a social ad is automatically generated alongside your Display, Native and Video ads.

However, for this social ad to actually deliver, your Meta Business Suite needs to be connected to Criteo GO.

If your social ad is created but the Meta connection is missing, your social ad will appear as "Not delivering" in the ads tab. Once the connection is established, your social ads will automatically start delivering — no extra action needed on your side.
