Manage your email notification preferences
You can choose which optional email notifications you want to receive from your account. This gives you more control over the notifications you receive and helps you manage them in a way that fits your workflow.
Some emails will remain mandatory and cannot be turned off. These emails support the proper operation and use of the platform, such as ad validation and approvals or budget updates.
Optional notifications can be managed from the Email Preferences tab. For example, you can choose whether to receive email notifications tied to actions taken on the platform, such as when a user from your account changes their role.
Important to know
Email preferences are set per user and per account.
If you have access to multiple accounts, you should manage your preferences separately for each one.
By default, all optional notifications are turned off. If you want to receive them, you need to turn them on manually in the Email Preferences tab.
Mandatory notifications are not shown in the Email Preferences tab because they cannot be disabled.

How to access Email Preferences
Go to Settings in the navigation bar.
Open the Email Preferences tab.
Review the available optional notifications and turn on the ones you want to receive.
