Troubleshooting: Meta Account Connection

What to do

Social ad shows "Not delivering"

Check that your Meta account is connected under Settings > Account > Connections. If not, follow the steps above to link it.

Connection status shows "Pending"

Go to your Meta Business Manager and accept the pending request from Criteo.

Connection was "Unlinked"

This may be due to a change on Meta's side. Try linking your Meta account again by following the steps above. If the issue persists, contact Criteo Support.
