Troubleshoot Product Feed Errors
When setting up or updating your Product Catalog feed, you may encounter errors during the ingestion process. These errors typically occur when Criteo is unable to access, download, or parse your feed file correctly.
This guide helps you:
Understand why a feed ingestion error occurred
Identify where in the ingestion process the issue happened
Apply concrete, client‑actionable fixes to resolve it
To minimize errors, make sure your feed:
Is available at import time
Uses the correct protocol (HTTP, FTP, or SFTP)
Matches the expected file format and structure (CSV, XML, or JSON)
