Create your Criteo GO account

This guide helps you to set up your account and start your onboarding journey.

If you have a Criteo account but are not yet on Commerce Growth or Criteo GO, click Login to register on Criteo GO using your Criteo account.

If you don't already have a Criteo account:

  1. Enter your first name and last name

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Choose a password

  4. Once done, click Create account.

Verify your email

In the Verify your email page that opens, click Send verification code.
This will send a code to the email address you provided in the previous step.

Enter the verification code when prompted. Then, click Verify.

Complete advertiser profile

Your advertiser profile is critical as each field helps us tailor the platform experience to your business.

1. Website URL: enter the full URL of your business website homepage.

2. Country: choose the country where your business is located and where you want to advertise.

3. Currency: select the currency your business uses for pricing and transactions. This will be used for reporting and performance metrics.

4. Professional sector and field: pick the professional sector that best describes your business. For example, if you are an Apparel brand, then choose Fashion & Apparel as your professional sector and Apparel for the field.

5. Who will manage this account: use the drop-down menu to tell us who will manage the Criteo account.

Once done, click on Create advertiser profile.

Complete billing information

This step collects the details needed for billing and invoicing. Please make sure all information is accurate and up to date.

1. Company name: add the legal name of your company as it should appear on invoices and billing documents.

2. Country: choose the country where your company is registered. This information is used for tax and billing purposes.

3. Billing address: provide the full billing address associated with your company. This should be the address used for official billing and legal correspondence.

4. Postal code: add the postal or ZIP code that corresponds to your billing address.

5. City: specify the city associated with your billing address.

6. Company or VAT number: if your company has an official registration or company number, you can enter it here. This field may be optional depending on your country.

Once everything is filled in, click Set up my account. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and that the information provided is accurate.
